Cohost Sapphic September 2024 writing prompt: 06 — Girls who are logical
Parallogica, the Girl With the Computer Brain, lies in bed on a Saturday morning while her girlfriend, Ordinary Judy, idly traces a circle with her fingertip around and around one of Parallogica’s nipples.
She whines pathetically. It’s been going on for an hour, and if she moves or talks, Ordinary Judy stops.
“Awwwww,” Ordinary Judy says, sugary-evil. “Hey, I heard about this barber, honey, he shaves all men who don’t shave themselves—”
“I am not going to crash and catch fire if you pitch me a well-known logic paradox,” Parallogica growls, then groans full-throatedly as Ordinary Judy whisks her fingertip an entire inch away from her skin.
“I don’t know,” Ordinary Judy says, and presses the back of her hand to Parallogica’s flushed cheek. “You feel pretty warm. Computer, please comprehensively process an answer to this query: query is one word, English, three letters, W—H—Y—”
“I can get out of this bed at any time!” Parallogica threatens.
Ordinary Judy pinches her nipple.
